About This Spot

Full Plate Eatery welcomes you with the kind of laid-back comfort that makes it easy to settle in without fuss. Nestled in the heart of Niagara Falls, this buffet spot carries the steady hum of travelers and locals alike, quietly sharing a space where variety and approachability take center stage. The pace here feels unhurried—more like a friendly neighborhood gathering than a rush to dine and dash—offering room to explore flavors at your own rhythm.

The atmosphere is straightforward and unpretentious, marked by a practical layout that lets you navigate through an array of choices with ease. Stations drawing from Asian, Italian, and classic American influences invite you to chart your own course—whether that means starting light at the refreshing salad bar or venturing toward heartier signature offerings. The mood leans toward casual and familiar, making it a comfortable stop, especially for those passing through or unwinding after a long day.

Full Plate’s charm lies in its honest embrace of simplicity and portion-friendly generosity. The inclusion of drinks with your meal adds an effortless layer to the experience, and attentive service quietly enhances rather than dominates the moment. While it may not boast the finesse of a fine dining room, it captures a certain egalitarian spirit where everyone can grab a plate, linger over shared moments, and find satisfaction in variety without pretense.

If you’re drawn to places where discovering a bit of everything on the menu feels like a personal adventure, this is a steady, approachable option. It’s less about the flash and more about the reassurance of a hearty meal shared in the easy company of good service and a communal table spread wide enough for many tastes.

Crab legs are great, amazing portion for $20 extra. Our server, Alyssa was absolutely wonderful, such a gem, best service we’ve ever received! Food is decent for the price, drinks are included in the price. So happy!

We almost didn’t come because of some negative reviews. But I saw that there were relatively few reviews of this new restaurant, so I wanted to give it an honest try and see what people were saying. Wanted to try a very broad sample of all the cuisines on offer to give a fair review. We came on a Monday evening, and it was decently busy. All the food was full, and it looked mostly fresh. Some of the food was not to my taste, but almost all of it was prepared well and with quality. Of note, we really enjoyed the roast beef, mashed potatoes, kielbasa, fried shrimp, green beans, roast turkey, spring rolls, egg rolls, collard greens, New York deli style pasta salad, fresh bread, and especially the desserts. The Boston cream pie was okay, but the German chocolate cake was great. The lemon bar was good, but the real star of the show was the key lime pie. We also used the fresh pasta bar, where a cook will sautee fresh ingredients of your choosing and then toss them with your choice of pasta, sauce, and seasoning. It was wonderful. There were a very few misses - the sweet potatoes were a bit bland, the general Tso’s chicken did not seem fresh, and the pizza bar was worth skipping over entirely. The staff were all very cheerful and helpful and eager to help make our dining experience very pleasant. All in all, for the $29.99 price point, this was a lovely buffet meal. I would come again, and I’d save room for a second slice of key lime pie.

I mean, I don't love buffets anyway but, there isn't much going on in the off-season on the USA Niagara side and we were staying at this casino anyway so it was easy for dinner and then back up to our room to turn in early after a long day of travel. We browsed and did a walk-through before we committed and the salad bar and various themed stations (Asian, Italian, American) seemed to have enough to satisfy us for $34.99. The drinks were included which was nice, I had a club soda and coffee and my friend and I made some delicious, fresh salads and had some proteins and then enjoyed trying most of the desserts as the staff told us to take everything since they were closing. Our server was very sweet and service was much better than anticipated especially so close to closing. It was a pleasant experience and we felt very worth the $35 since food is so expensive these days and we were able to get several plates.
